He came into the limelight when he was awarded as the best performer in MTV aloft star. Stebin ben won this show and received fame and limelight which gave his career a kick start.
He gets his first work in web series directed by Vikas Gupta. For this web series, he sang 7 songs out of which his song ‘ Bheegi bheegi ratoon mai’ crossed 10m views.
The first song of his music career was ‘Mera Dil Bhi Kitna Pagal Hain’ which was a remake. He received huge fame from this song. Later on, he singed: Bheegi Bheegi Raaton Mein, Yeh Jo Halka Halka Suroor Hai and Chupana Bhi Nahi Aata.

In TedEx talk Stebin Ben said-
Behind every successful man, there was a poor kid who followed his dreams. I am a self-made man. My parents sacrificed a lot of things for me. I never sacrificed my dreams.
I have a dream of becoming a cricketer, engineer, or pilot. Until one day his teacher asked him to sing a song. He became very nervous but he sang exceptionally well. He became popular in school as a singer. Honestly, I completed my graduations only for my parent’s wish. I was only passionate about singing.
I started giving auditions in Bhopal. I was continuously rejected for one year. I did not give up. My all friends left me alone, but I had full confidence in myself. I used to learn songs and guitar from youtube.
I started live performance in clubs in front of 25 people only. after completion of college, I lied to my parents and somehow come to Mumbai, for me Mumbai was very harsh. I slept without food many nights. I handled each and every situation myself. I don’t tell rough situation of mine to my parents.
Suddenly, I was called for a live performance from where my life changed. I was offered to remake ‘Mera Dil Bhi Pagal ‘ from where I Got fame.
I did the first show of rs 50 only in front of 25 people now I have an audience of more than 50k.
